Scootaloo is too great to be contained in Azeroth.
The next expansion will add Scootland, where the Dwarves and Goblins will make regular pilgrimages to pay tribute to her greatness. Then, and only then, will Scootaloo be a playable class, unlocked only when you partake in the epic questline to master the ancient arts of Scoot-fu, Sweet-kune-do, and Bloomjutsu.
